Victoria Naomi Drake, Founder & CEO of The Naomi Group, is a dynamic entrepreneur and visionary leader passionate about workforce transformation and equitable access to opportunity. With a deep understanding of both technology and organizational strategy, she launched The Naomi Group in October 2025 to disrupt traditional staffing models and deliver smarter, mission-aligned solutions to government and enterprise clients alike.
